1 cup maida
1/2  sugar (pisi hui)
1 baking powder
1 baking soda
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp vinegar 

Method

Ek bowl m maida sugar baking powder baking soda achi trha mix kre. Ab is m milk or vanilla essence dal kr smooth  bater bna len. last m vinegar dal k halka sa mix kre. Ek heavy pan ya karahi len . Neeche namak ki layer bhicha den. Ye oven ka kam kregi .Pan ka high flame pr 10 minutes tk heat kre.Grease cake tin m dal kr pan k andr rkh den. Cover kr k 45 minutes tk cook kre medium flame pr. Toothpick s check kre toothpick clean h tw cake is done.

Salt ko dubara reuse nh kre.
